How the Process Works

Starting from the client’s request, the project follows a clear and transparent process. Each phase concludes with a concrete deliverable. The next phase only begins after approval has been given.

Inventory & Analysis

The process begins with defining a package of requirements. In this phase, objectives, target audience, content principles and conditions are established. This results in a document that forms the foundation for the remainder of the project.

Synopsis / Plan

Based on this document, a synopsis or project plan is developed. This outlines the core concept and clarifies how the final product will take shape. After consultation and approval, this direction is developed further.

Design

During the design phase, the concept is developed visually and conceptually into a design or storyboard. This provides insight into the structure, style, sequence and content of the final product. The design serves as a concrete review stage before production begins.

Production

After approval of the design, the production phase begins. Depending on the assignment, this may result in a video, film, illustration or interactive application. The process concludes with the delivery of the final approved product.
